Companies: Meliá Hotels International Mission You will be responsible for ensuring the activities of the staff to guarantee the standards of implementation of cleaning, disinfection and brand style in rooms and different areas of the hotel with the aim of offering the required quality service to customers and contributing to operational, economic and quality objectives. What are we looking for? Minimum experience between 6 months and 1 year as a Housekeeper in hotels of 4-5*. Notable orientation towards attention to detail, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel's standards are met in terms of cleanliness, disinfection, and brand image. This includes but is not limited to: - Cleaning and disinfecting rooms, corridors, and common areas. - Ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times. - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in your work. - Providing excellent customer service. - Working as part of a team to achieve common goals. - Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. - Adapting to changes and new procedures. - Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
