Job Description Objective: To perform cleaning, arrangement and organization of apartments and other areas, in accordance with quality references and characteristics of the brand's operation. Ensure well-being and safety to customers and other colleagues. Put the customer at the 'heart' of everything that is done, in order to offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, in line with Accor Services Culture. Responsibilities and duties: Clean and arrange apartments and common areas, taking into account the specific needs of each guest; ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including corridors, stairwells, and public spaces; maintain the confidentiality of guests' personal information; perform other tasks as required by the hotel's management.
