A wonderful opportunity for an experienced live-in Senior Housekeeper / Head Housekeeper to support a British older couple who are Singapore Permanent Residents (PR). The principals travel frequently, so the home requires a proactive and highly organised individual who can maintain standards consistently whether the principals are in residence or away.

Key Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping to a high standard: daily cleaning, laundry, wardrobe care, and general home organisation.
• Confident home cooking for two healthy, fresh, and varied meals. Ability to follow dietary preferences and manage the kitchen supplies.
• Running the household: oversee contractors, deliveries, and ensure smooth running of the home both day-to-day and during travel periods.
• Work alongside the existing PA and driver, ensuring clear communication and a harmonious household team.
• Entertaining and events: support with parties, table setting, food preparation, liaising with the PA for guest arrangements, and assisting during small gatherings or dinners.
• Pet care: feeding and caring for the family dog; light care of fish tanks.
• Childcare: Must be comfortable around children, for when the client's grandchildren visit.
• Maintain high levels of discretion, reliability, and initiative at all times.

Profile Sought

• Experienced private household housekeeper (5+ years preferred).
• Warm, dependable, highly proactive, and able to manage a household independently.
• Comfortable working for principals who travel regularly and require a self-sufficient approach.
• Dog-friendly and confident around pets.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a small team.
• Trustworthy and loyal.
• Must be based in Singapore already with the right to work.

Accommodation

• Private bedroom & bathroom, and access to a dedicated kitchen area within the home.
• All utilities and meal allowance provided.

Schedule

• 6 days per week with flexible hours depending on the client's needs.
