Housekeeper / Common Area Cleaner

Oaks Wellington Hotel is excited to expand our housekeeping department, with this dual role now available on a part-time basis. If you’re energetic, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to have you on board!

This dual role combines Guest Room Cleaning with Common Area Cleaning & Guest Support responsibilities. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, while also assisting guests as needed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Guest Room Cleaning

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated hours.
• Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and operational goals.

Common Area Cleaning & Guest Support

• Clean and maintain all shared guest areas to the highest standards, ensuring spaces remain hygienic and visually appealing.
• Assist with after-hours guest enquiries, while addressing issues promptly.
• Operate specialised cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively (with full training provided).
• Build positive, professional relationships with guests, colleagues, and contractors.
