Housekeeper

Job Description:

• Clean and tidy up apartments during and after guest stays, including changing linens and restocking necessary materials (amenities).

• Organize the cleaning cart, preparing all materials, equipment, utensils, and other objects needed for apartment cleaning (linens, cleaning products, amenities, vacuum cleaner, broom etc.).

• Perform a checklist of maintenance items, fridge, and stationery, as well as inform the superior about any irregularities or replacement needs.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all vacant apartments.

• Care for the cleanliness of the corridor and elevator hall.

• Identify objects left or forgotten in apartments and deliver them to the immediate superior.

• Collect guest laundry to be sent to an external laundry service.

• Maintain a clean and organized services tray on each floor.

• Pack used linens in suitable bags for delivery to the laundry, as well as report any damage or wear to the superior.

• Register general information about apartment occupancy (number of guests per apartment/occupancy status, tidiness etc.), following established procedures.
