Experienced Housekeeper / Domestic Employee - Prestigious Private Home

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6h–16h or 7h–17h (flexibility requested)

We are looking for a dynamic, positive, and motivated person to join a prestigious private home in Chéserex. You will work in a team to ensure the impeccable maintenance of the house, laundry management, and daily preparation for the family and their guests. You will be expected to collaborate effectively and constructively with the team, while being proactive and capable of taking initiatives.

Housekeeping :

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of various rooms in the house with care.
• Vacuuming, dusting, and polishing (silver, noble materials).
• Cleaning windows and managing stocks.
• Occasional supervision of external service providers (florist, deliveries…).

Laundry and textile care :

• Treatment of delicate items and impeccable ironing of clothing and household textiles.
• Management of clothes sent to the dry cleaner and organization of the dressing room.
• Cleaning and polishing shoes.
• Basic sewing skills.

Accommodation and preparation :

• Setting up breakfast, alternating with the team.
• Welcoming guests and preparing bedrooms and meeting rooms.
• Adapting the schedule according to the family's needs.

Pets :

• Appreciating and being able to care for the dog and cat in the house.

Other :

• Occasional travel within Switzerland or abroad with the family.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a prestigious private home.
• Team player, kind, honest, and resilient.
• Keen sense of precision, excellence, and punctuality.
• Absolute discretion within the house and in managing information.
• Languages : French mandatory; English and/or Italian a plus.
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle necessary (house located away from public transportation).
• EU/Swiss passport or valid work/residence permit.
• Verifiable references.
