House Leader - Residential - Auckland

Full time - 40 hours per week $23.50 - $29.10 House Leader Allowance Mangere, Auckland location We have more than 100 worksites and support options across the whole Auckland region. In our residential service, we provide services for adults with intellectual and or physical disabilities within our homes and out in their community. We provide 24 hour support which consists rotating roster Monday through to Sunday. Our House Leader role combines support work and engages, motivates a team of a suitable number of staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality residential care. This includes leading and managing a team of Support Workers, ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role or have relevant qualifications and training. We offer a competitive salary range $23.50 - $29.10 per hour, plus House Leader Allowance.
