We are looking for a reliable and communication-strong personality who represents our company professionally on the phone. As Hotline Servicekraft, you are the first point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams. You answer inquiries, record information, lead requests correctly forward, and ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.

Your Tasks

• Acceptance and processing of incoming phone calls
• Friendly and competent consulting on customer questions
• Recording and documentation of requests in the system
• Forwarding information to the relevant departments
• Tracking open inquiries and ensuring a quick solution path
• General administrative tasks in customer service
• Ensuring a professional and service-oriented external appearance

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented demeanor
• Safe and clear telephone behavior
• Structured and reliable work style
• High stress tolerance in peak times
• Teamwork ability and sense of responsibility

Hard Skills:

• First experience in customer service or telephone service is advantageous, but not necessarily required
• Safe handling of phone systems and PCs
• Able to quickly grasp information and pass it on correctly
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
