Cashier and Receptionist H/F

Job description

Job based in the north of Toulouse (Fenouillet - Saint Jory 31790). Outside city center. Vehicle necessary.

In collaboration with your Cashier Manager, you welcome clients and are at their service, responding to their requests (orientation, complaint, suggestion, etc.). You know how to be both professional and friendly. You have excellent relational qualities and enjoy interacting with our clientele, in order to respond to their demands. You are comfortable with computer tools.

In receptionist:

You welcome clients and respond to all of their information requests. You promote loyalty tools to them.

You record specific orders and perform refunds according to received instructions.

You monitor the functioning of self-service equipment.

You welcome external interveners (providers, salespeople...) according to instructions.

You also ensure the quality of services offered: loyalty card, vehicle rental.
