Hotel Director (m/w/d)

The interSPA Group is one of the leading companies in the German leisure and holiday sector. We operate nationwide leisure and experience baths, thermal baths, SPAs, fitness clubs, indoor playgrounds, hotels, and resorts. Over 2.5 million guests visit our facilities annually.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for motivated individuals who will lead our locations with passion and professionalism.

We are seeking a new Hotel Director (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time for our Dreiburgensee Nature Hotel & Spa.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational and economic management of the hotel
• Führung, Motivation, and further development of the entire hotel team
• Satisfaction of highest guest satisfaction and further development of service and quality standards
• Representation of the hotel against guests, partners, authorities, and regional institutions
• Support in marketing, sales, and strategic positioning of the hotel
• Creation of budgets, forecasts, and regular reports to the management team

Qualification

• Completed education in hospitality and several years of leadership experience in 4-star hotels (at least 20 employees)
• Excellent host qualities, high service orientation, and quality awareness
• Friendly, exemplary, and approachable demeanor, as well as high stress tolerance and a well-groomed appearance
• Eigeninitiative, organizational strength, and structured working method
• Fundamental knowledge of pricing strategies, relevant sales channels, and revenue management tools; safe handling of MS Office and common hotel systems (e.g. Protel, IDeaS, MEWS, TAC, OpenTable)
