Every year, over 2 million guests spend their most beautiful days of the year in our facilities. The interSPA Deutschland Betreiber-GmbH organizes and manages all central functions and leads the development, planning, and construction of new leisure projects for the group.

To strengthen our company in the long term, we are looking for personalities who will grow with us in our high-performance company.

We are looking for a Hotel Director (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time for our Grafenau (Bavarian Forest) location.

Aufgaben

• Guaranteeing the smooth operation of the hotel (Front Office, Administration, Reservations, F&B, Housekeeping, Conferences, Fitness, SPA, and Wellness)
• Special emphasis on guest care, ensuring that guests are pampered with excellent quality and service
• Coaching and motivating employees, as well as supporting their development
• Responsibility for maintaining the given quality standards
• Responsibility for achieving sales and budget targets (active action to achieve maximum occupancy rate, using all market-oriented instruments, sales channels, and systems)
• Responsibility for overall cost management
• Development and implementation of market-oriented arrangements, as well as acquiring and maintaining company contracts and cooperations, including active practice implementation
• Reporting to the management team (preparing sales and cost analyses and evaluating data and facts)

Qualifikation

• Completed training in hotel management or a comparable field of study, with several years of experience in a similar position, ideally with a training certificate
• First leadership experience in a leading position at a larger full-service hotel with wellness facilities is advantageous
• Economic knowledge: cost management, pricing calculation, budgeting
• Excellent host qualities and a high level of quality awareness and service orientation
• Hands-on mentality
• Current knowledge of price strategies, available and relevant sales channels, and revenue management tools
• Safe handling of common software programs (MS-Office, Protel, IDeaS, MEWS, TAC, Open Table)
