Hotel Receptionist - Night and Early Morning Shift

* Receive and attend to clients according to the brand's style of operation. Provide diverse information, according to customers' needs and essential practices in the area. Put customers at the heart of everything done, in order to offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, aligned with AccorHotels' Service Culture.

* Ensure compliance with Reception practices (including check-in and check-out)

* Attend to clients at the hotel's restaurant/bar/convenience store, if necessary, in favor of polyvalence spirit.

* Be a service facilitator, providing information on hotel operations.

* Be the main point of contact between the client and other hotel areas, receiving requests, suggestions, etc. seeking resolution.

* Offer the ALL loyalty program according to guidelines.

* Be responsible and take care of all reception (money and credit cards). Control cash flow and ensure no discrepancies occur.

* Execute night audit processes with report conferencing.

Flexible schedule

Varying hours from 18h00 to 02h00 and from 23h00 to 07h
