With a strong focus on service, design, and operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and drive performance across all departments. The Role We are seeking a full-time Hotel Manager to join our dynamic team. As the leader of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for: • Overseeing daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams. • Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. • Building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained. • Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve operational efficiency and profitability. • Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and implement hotel-wide initiatives and projects. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Leading by example, promoting a positive work culture, and fostering open communication throughout the team.
