About the Role We’re looking for a Hotel Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth across our hotel portfolio. This includes market research, competitor analysis, campaign development, and execution. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each hotel property, including budgeting and ROI tracking. • Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and trends. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, revenue management, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies. • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hotel marketing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
