What will be your mission? As a Hostess, you will be responsible for the entire welcome and assistance connected mainly to the Vertigo terrazzo for maximizing guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results. What will you do? - Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations. - Welcome guests and accompany them to their tables. - Supervise table rotation. - Set up tables and assist in configuring the space. What are we looking for? - Experience in a Food & Beverage / Restaurant organization. - Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence. - Excellent customer service skills. - Good level of English, both oral and written.
