Hostess / Receptionist

Do you have experience as a hostess or receptionist and think it's great to put your hospitality and energy into a professional and dynamic work environment? As Hostess / Receptionist, you are the visiting card for the companies you work with, such as Pauw and BMW. You ensure a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience for visitors and customers. Whether it's welcoming guests in a showroom, office or during an event, you are the first point of contact.

In this role, you are responsible for welcoming visitors, answering questions, and providing support. You ensure a pleasant atmosphere, arrange appointments, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You have a proactive attitude and ensure that everyone feels welcome. You will be deployed at various locations, with promotions that primarily take place on an as-needed basis.

We support your growth through targeted training programs, both via our own programs and in collaboration with the brands you work with.

What we're looking for

• Experience in hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• A enthusiastic and hospitable personality.
• The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of the Dutch language (other languages are a plus!).
• Flexible availability, aligned with your agenda and our requests
