We are looking for an organized, proactive, and excellent service attitude Hostess who enjoys providing a warm and professional welcome from the first contact with our customers.

This position is key to ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to table assignment.

Job Objective

To receive and greet clients, coordinate reservations, and manage system information, ensuring a high-quality, organized, and efficient service.

Main Responsibilities

• To welcome clients with cordiality, friendliness, and professionalism.

• To manage and coordinate reservations and waiting lists.

• To capture information in the system precisely and timely.

• To apply customer service protocols and internal sales strategies.

• To support cash handling and simultaneous attention to customers.

• To resolve incidents quickly and effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• To maintain order, organization, and compliance with restaurant guidelines.

Requirements

• Educational Background: High school diploma completed.

• Experience: At least 1 year as a Hostess or similar position.

• Language: Basic English intermediate (desirable).

• Availability for flexible weekend schedules.

• Excellent presentation.
