Host of Accommodation (Ibis Betim)

Description of the job

Objective:

Receive and attend to customers according to the brand's style of operation. Provide diverse information, in accordance with customer needs and essential practices in the area. Put customers at the 'heart' of everything done, in order to offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, aligned with Accor Services Culture.

Responsibilities:

• Reservations and pre-arrival: Realize and confirm reservations, respond to emails and clarify doubts about rates, types of apartments, hours, etc.

• Check-in / Check-out: Register guests, check documents (including those of minors), deliver keys, launch and verify expenses, issue a fiscal note and control cash flow.

• Customer service: Welcome customers according to the brand's standard, respond to requests, suggestions or complaints and pass them on to responsible departments.

• Multi-purpose support: Also work in the restaurant, bar or convenience store, as needed.

• Sysadmin and document management: Control apartment availability, verify reports and documents, justify reversals, maintain fixed funds and verify discrepancies in reservations.

• Loyalty customers: Identify and welcome regular guests and loyalty program members, applying benefits and updating the ACDC.

• Ibis budget specific activities: Launch breakfast revenue on PDV and verify RDS x PDV balances.

• Organization and support: Take care of reception and back office cleanliness, maintain control books and materials organized.

• Sustainability and brand culture: Participate in Accor Services actions, follow environmental practices and be an ambassador for the brand's values.

• Combo / Tri Combo hotels: Apply functions to all involved hotels, when applicable.

• Other responsibilities: Execute related tasks as needed, according to area or hotel requirements.
