Host of A&B (Ibis BH Savassi)

Objective:

Attend and serve customers at the breakfast/bar/restaurant/convenience store, according to the style of the brand's operation. Stimulate sales, ensuring the quality of the products offered, in accordance with the essential practices of the area. Put customers at the 'heart' of everything done, in order to offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, aligned with AccorHotels Service Culture.

Responsibilities and obligations:

• Receive customers and control consumption.
• Set up the buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner and ensure its replenishment, as well as prepare coffee breaks for events.
• Serve the table setting when necessary. Issue drink orders and assist customers in choosing dishes/ side dishes.
• Sell actively menu items from the restaurant and bar.
• Remove plates and utensils from the table after the meal. Offer dessert and coffee to customers, if it's lunch or dinner. After service, follow the procedure for billing according to your brand's operation.
• Control and restock inventory.
• Perform cash control and closing. Make necessary corrections, registering them as per Autocontrol practices.
• Prepare a loss and inventory sheet monthly for utensils, drinks, and items served at the bar/restaurant/convenience store.
