Job description
- You are our first point of contact in the outlets and greet our guests with a bright smile
- You lead our guests to their seats and ensure they feel comfortable from the start.
- You coordinate with the service team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You ensure smooth communication with other departments
- You take reservations on-site
- You make sure our guests have a great time and fulfill almost every wish.
- If needed, you support the service crew
