- Du bist unsere erste Ansprechsperson in den Outlets und begrüßt unsere Gäste mit einem strahlenden Lächeln
- Du führst unsere Gäste zu ihren Plätzen und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich von Anfang an wohlfühlen.
- Du koordinierst mit dem Serviceteam, damit alles reibungslos läuft.
- Du stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen sicher
- Du nimmst Reservierungen vor Ort entgegen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gäste eine großartige Zeit haben und erfüllst ihnen (fast) jeden Wunsch.
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt du gerne die Servicecrem
