Hospitality - Host/Hostess

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment for our residents so that we can give them the all-round care and support they deserve. We want our homes to be warm and welcoming with interesting events and first-class hospitality. As a Hospitality Host, you'll have an important part to play in making sure that happens. In particular, you'll provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas. It's a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for our residents in our dining room and bar areas. • Offer a friendly, engaging and helpful service to all residents and visitors. • Assist with the preparation of meals and snacks, ensuring that they are served promptly and efficiently. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining room and bar areas. • Work closely with other members of the care home team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
