COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Hospitalist (HOSP)

• $300,000 Salary Guarantee
• $200,000 Student Loan Assistance
• $85,000 Signing Bonus/Relocation
• Comprehensive Benefits: 8 weeks PTO/CME - $5,000 annual, Health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice with tail coverage, disability, Retirement/Professional fees/License, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Hospitalist (HOSP)

• Physician led organization & exceptional Culture/Collegiality
• All days/No nights required
• Required to live in or close to community
• No procedure required, but you can do them if you choose
• 15-20 patients per shift with APP always
• APP providers admit/discharge

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Hospitalist (HOSP)

• Board Certification not required but preferred
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Accepted
• Work Well in Team Environment; "Culture & Fit" key here
• Be Quality and Patient Care Focused
