To strengthen our Commercial Sales team in Italy, we are currently hiring a Hospital Specialist (m/f/x) – Region: Piemonte, Liguria, Val D'Aosta (Fulltime / permanent) The Opportunity In this field-based role, you will drive product awareness and market share by executing strategic action plans in alignment with company goals. With a strong focus on scientific engagement, you will spend over 80% of your time detailing to hospital healthcare professionals and pharmacists, ensuring impactful and informative interactions that foster trust and understanding. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies for the assigned region, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity; • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and pharmacies, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals; • Providing scientific support to customers by delivering presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our products; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities that drive sales growth and brand awareness; • Analyzing market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies; • Maintaining accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and other interactions in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field; • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or marketing role; • Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of the Italian healthcare system; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
