Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) Full-time or Part-time (Based in Saint-Étienne)

We are looking for a hospital pharmacist (F/H) full-time or part-time on behalf of our partner, a Hospital Center located 40 minutes from Saint-Etienne and 1h20 from Lyon.

Within a 294-bed hospital center, you will work within a PUI that includes:

• - for the healthcare sector: 30 beds of SMR, 15 beds of medicine,
• - for the medical-social sector: 30 beds of USLD, 452 beds of EHPAD (within the framework of a GCS).

Ideally full-time or part-time if you wish, you will join a team composed of 2 part-time pharmacists, 6 preparers (for 5.2 FTE) and your main missions will be:

• - to ensure the proper functioning of the PUI,
• - to participate in the quality management of documents related to medication administration,
• - to contribute to the deployment of electronic prescription among liberal doctors,
• - to promote medication reconciliation,
• - to perform audits/EPP.
  
  

  The establishment has achieved its sanitary certification in April and the PUI authorization is ongoing. The proposed hours are from 08h30 to 16h45. You will benefit from 47 days of leave. Remuneration will be based on your experience and status, this position being open to a Hospital Practitioner or Contractual.
