How would you like to contribute as a Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) in a rehabilitation center? In a rehabilitation center, you will ensure the management and optimization of medical treatments for patients. - You will be responsible for validating treatments in collaboration with the medical team - You will supervise the provision and security of medications within the establishment - You will actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure optimal therapeutic follow-up
