How would your skills enrich the mission of Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) in clinic? Within our partner clinic, you will be responsible for ensuring pharmaceutical management, particularly through patient treatment validation. - Ensure secure and efficient medication supply within the establishment - Collaborate closely with the medical team to optimize medicinal therapies - Guarantee compliance with laws governing pharmaceutical products - Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to establish care protocols - Contribute to patient therapeutic education by providing adapted advice

We are looking for an experienced Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) to ensure treatment validation within a clinic. - Mastery of prescription medical process validation - Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment in a clinical setting - Excellent organizational skills and rigor in following procedures - Holder of the State Doctorate in Pharmacy Diploma - First experience in hospital setting required
