How would your skills enrich the mission of Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) in a clinic? Within our partner clinic, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy services, including validating patient treatments. - Ensure secure and efficient medication supply within the establishment - Collaborate closely with the medical team to optimize medicinal therapies - Guarantee compliance with laws governing pharmaceutical products - Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to establish care protocols - Contribute to patient education by providing adapted counseling
