How your expertise could enrich our clinic as a Hospital Pharmacist (F/H)? In a clinical environment, you will actively participate in managing and optimizing pharmaceutical and sterile operations. - Supervise the management of human resources and ensure quality and risk management within the sterilization service. - Ensure follow-up of service activities and efficient management of equipment and works. - Manage the software service and participate in block CLIN and other working groups. - Perform procurement, pharmaceutical validation of prescriptions, and dispensing of medications and sterile medical devices. - Collaborate to secure the medication circuit and participate in managing iatrogenic medication and material vigilance.

The ideal candidate will be a hospital pharmacist with solid experience in managing medicalized processes. - Expertise in procurement and dispensing of medications and sterile medical devices - Proven skills in human resource management in a hospital setting - Mastery of computer and office tools for service activity management - In-depth knowledge of hygiene, safety, and pharmaceutical legislation norms - State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required with experience in project leadership and change
