We are looking for a Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) to manage a clinic. Replacement from October 27, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Your role will be essential within the PUI, ensuring the safety and efficiency of patient medication treatments - Ensure the management and dispensation of medications according to current protocols - Collaborate with medical teams to optimize treatments based on specific patient needs - Supervise pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability and compliance with products - Conduct prescription analyses to identify and minimize medication risks - Actively participate in patient education and healthcare staff training.

We are looking for a Hospital Pharmacist (F/H) of PUI for this replacement. - Diploma required: Doctorate in Pharmacy, registration on the H section of the Order of Pharmacists - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Rigorous and organized
