In a Suite and Rehabilitation Care Establishment, you will ensure optimal and secure management of patient medication treatments

- Supervise the control of medication dispensations to ensure compliance with medical prescriptions
- Collaborate with the medical team to optimize treatment protocols and improve medication care
- Ensure the management of pharmaceutical stocks, including ordering, receiving, and storing according to safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training for healthcare personnel on pharmacology and good practices
- Contribute to the development of pharmacy projects focused on improving care and patient safety

The client is ready to offer the following conditions:

- Establishment SMR with 60 beds
- Team: 1 experienced PPH to accompany you
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 3 to 10 November
- Salary: according to candidate profile and experience. We are looking for an experienced and rigorous Hospital Pharmacist to join our Suite and Rehabilitation Care Establishment.

- You hold a State Doctor of Pharmacy Diploma

- You justify at least one year's experience in a hospital setting

- You are competent in controlling medication dispensations

- You demonstrate remarkable ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

- You show great rigor in managing pharmaceutical stocks
