In a Hospital-Based Establishment for Rehabilitation, you will ensure optimal and secure management of patient treatments - Supervise the control of medication dispensations to ensure compliance with medical prescriptions - Collaborate with the medical team to optimize therapeutic protocols and improve medication care - Ensure the management of pharmaceutical stocks, including ordering, receiving, and storing according to safety standards - Participate in ongoing training for healthcare staff on pharmacology and good practices - Contribute to the development of pharmacy projects focused on improving care and patient safety.
