What stimulating challenges await the or Hospital Pharmacist in SSR? You will have as your main mission to supervise and optimize pharmaceutical operations within our dedicated rehabilitation hospital - Ensure the evaluation and validation of medical prescriptions to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of treatments - Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of medications while respecting current regulations - Promote interprofessional collaboration by actively participating in care coordination meetings and medical committees - Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with sanitary regulations - Supervise and train pharmacy personnel to ensure high-quality service and continuity of care

Here are the details of the offer for this position:

- Contract: CDD 1 week within a SMR of 60 beds - Duration: from December 22nd to December 26th, one week full-time - Salary: according to candidate profile and experience

The candidate must demonstrate expertise in hospital pharmaceutical management with at least one year of experience.

- Mastery of dispensation control techniques within a rehabilitation hospital - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams - State Doctorate in Pharmacy diploma required for practice in a hospital setting - Skills in medication circuit optimization - Ability to work in strict respect of protocols and sanitary safety standards
