As a Horticulturist for Sales at Schilliger, your main responsibilities will be: • To advise customers on the selection of plants, flowers, and other garden products; • To provide expert knowledge on gardening techniques and plant care; • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new trends and developments in the industry; • To work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals; • To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Botany, or related field; • 2-3 years of experience in gardening, decoration, or a related field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations; • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required.
