Adecco We are looking for a passionate and experienced watchmaker to join an exceptional House. Responsibilities You will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, and setting different calibres, in accordance with the most demanding quality and precision standards, including those of the Geneva Seal. Your expertise and exacting nature will ensure the reliability, beauty, and perfection of each piece that leaves your workshop. - Assembly of movement: Preparation and mounting of barrel, remontoir, gear train, bridges, and minute work, lubrication, and complete control of functions. - Precision adjustment: Setting up the movement, checking its running and amplitude, corrections, and fine adjustments within established tolerances. - Setting and finishing: Placing the dial and hands, aesthetic control, verifying functions and tightness to ensure impeccable quality. Profile - Graduate in watchmaking (CFC, AFP or equivalent) - Possess remarkable dexterity, a keen sense of detail, and unwavering rigor. - Comfortable with self-control techniques and correction methods. - Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with the same respect for time and quality.
