To meet the needs of our client, we are looking for: Complete Watchmaker [H/F/X] Responsibilities - The complete assembly of high-end mechanical movements, including complications. - The mounting and adjustment of habillage components: dials, hands, cases, straps. - Rigorous quality control at each stage of the process (aesthetic and functional). - Regulation, chronometric testing, and final validation of watches. - Close collaboration with other artisans (finishers, decorators, constructors, prototype makers) to ensure consistency and excellence in the finished product. Profile - Qualifying education in watchmaking - Significant experience (5 years or more) in high-end watchmaking, ideally in an artisanal or independent structure. - Mastery of complete watchmaking operations: movement and habillage. - Keen sense of detail, great dexterity, and a taste for precision work. - Rigorous spirit, autonomous, but also collaborative. - Ability to adapt to a non-industrial production rhythm with very limited series pieces.
