The Position

At Albron, part of Hai – Hutten Albron Impactmakers, we provide delicious, sustainable, and hospitable food and beverages daily at hospitality and catering locations throughout the Netherlands. From company restaurants and healthcare facilities to day catering and holiday parks: wherever people gather, we make a difference with food and hospitality.

For the company restaurant at Rockwool in Roermond, we are looking for several enthusiastic hospitality employees to join our team. Together, you will provide food and drinks for the employees and visitors of Rockwool, ensuring all dishes are prepared on time and ready for the different meal times. Hospitality is always your top priority!

What will you do?

• Welcome guests in a friendly manner and serve them delicious food and drinks
• Perform cashier duties
• Respond to the dynamics of the day
• Handle banqueting, such as drinks receptions and business lunches
• Leave the location clean and tidy

What do you bring?

• Passion for food, drinks, and hospitality
• Experience in hospitality or another service-oriented profession is a plus
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work in shift services (early, afternoon, and night)
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Own transportation (the location is not always easily accessible by public transport)
• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required for this position

Our menu for you

• Contract of 26 hours per week, flexible in consultation
• Gross hourly wage €16.51 per hour, + 10% surcharge after 6:00 PM, 35% for weekday night shifts, 35% on weekends, and 70% for weekend night shifts.
• Shift services: 2 early shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract
• Pension accrual through the Hospitality & Catering Pension Fund
