What will your new workday look like?

• Caring for existing customers directly in our hearing cabins (adjustments, hearing tests, minor repairs, counseling)
• Prior and post-processing of customer care primarily from home office
• Onboarding and accompanying audiologists with our software and the 'Hearing Experience Box'
• Virtual collaboration with nationwide partners and technical support
• Capacity planning, key figures to assess, analyze, and present to optimize processes

What should you bring?

• Completed education or further training in audiology
• Experience in dealing with customers
• Pleasure in conveying knowledge and shaping the industry through digitalization
• Team spirit and joy in a dynamic environment
