Now we are looking for you as an Audiologist (m/w/d) for our engaged partner company in Cologne-Weiden.

Tasks

What will your new working day look like?

• Digital customer care from a hearing cube during the entire test phase (hearing test, settings, free field measurement, maintenance discuss)
• Prior and post-processing of customer care in collaboration with the supporting customer advisors, who will take over your back-office tasks

Qualification

What should you bring?

• Completed education or further training in audiology
• Experience in dealing with customers
• Pleasure in shaping the industry through digitalization
• Team spirit and joy in a dynamic environment
