About the role As an Audiologist:in in our team, you are a pioneer in a new era of audiology. We are the only company in Europe that can map out the entire hearing aid supply chain online – from measurement to adjustment.

You will work in a small, specialized team that tests new solutions, develops processes, and drives the most exciting innovation in audiology forward in the past 20 years. You'll be very close to our customers – digitally and directly in their living rooms.

Your Tasks

• Existing customer service: adjustment, measurement, minor repairs, and counseling in our hearing cabins as well as follow-up work from home office.
• Virtual collaboration with partners and technical support throughout the federal territory.
