As an audiologist in the backoffice (m/w/d) with a focus on health insurance settlement, you are a central interface between customers, health insurance companies, and our team. You ensure that settlements run smoothly and our customers can quickly and uncomplicatedly get their hearing aid.

Tasks

🚀 Your tasks:

• Preparation, review, and processing of settlement claims with health insurance companies and cost bearers
• Communication with health insurance companies and clarification of open items
• Maintenance of master data as well as meticulous documentation in our systems
• Support for the further development and optimization of settlement processes

Qualification

🎯 What you bring:

• Completed training as an Audiologist (m/w/d) – Journeyman or Master
• Experience in Health Insurance Settlement in Audiology
• Structured, meticulous, and precise working method
• Safe handling of Amparex or comparable Audiology-branch software
• Independent work style, team spirit, and high reliability
