High-End Customer Advisor | Luxury Furniture | Trilingual FR-EN-NL | Fixed contract (CDI) | Attractive fixed net salary between €2.000 and €2.500 per month including sales bonus We are actively looking for a Customer Advisor (FR/EN/NL) to join a high-end brand specialized in luxury furniture and interior design, based in Zaventem. As an essential role, you will play a key part in welcoming, guiding, and loyalty-building of a demanding clientele consisting of architects, designers, and interior decorators, as well as private clients seeking unique and exclusive pieces. Your main tasks will include: • Providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; • Building strong relationships with our clients through personalized communication and tailored solutions; • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our luxury furniture and interior design products, including materials, finishes, and craftsmanship; • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies for growth; • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
