Head Nurse/Team Coach
Job description
WZC Huize Vincent is a care center located in Tielrode/Temse. In addition to an offer of 107 residential units, including 4 short-term residential units, the facility also has its own group of assisted living homes and takes over the care-and-service provision for 30 social assisted living homes. The facility employs 100 employees and this together with a 40 volunteers. Besides caring for vulnerable elderly people, the facility is particularly focused on the target group of people with intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, or physical disabilities. In collaboration with other organizations, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where residents can live independently and participate in various activities. The team coach plays an important role in this process by providing guidance and support to the care staff and residents.
