- Organization, coordination and supervision of nursing activities and performance of nursing tasks within the revalidation department
- Drawing up a schedule and managing the rosters of available personnel in accordance with the hospital activity carried out within the revalidation department, ensuring continuity of care
- Supervision and guidance of team members in clinical practice
- Communicating and closely collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders within the revalidation department
- Distributing information and ensuring good communication between different stakeholders
- Organizing team meetings to maintain cohesion and consultation within the team
- Ensuring and organizing continuous training for the team (knowledge and practices, ...)
- Participating in guidance and integration of new hires and interns
- Carrying out evaluations, performance discussions, absenteeism discussions, ...
- Participating in the introduction of new projects within the revalidation department
- Participating in multidisciplinary consultations within the revalidation department
- Developing personal skills, technical competencies and know-how through permanent training
