However, given the continuous expansion of our activities, we are looking for an experienced Flooring Manager

Job Profile

As Flooring Manager, you have extensive knowledge and know exactly how to manage your team optimally during all tile work activities. You purchase projects, monitor budgets, maintain contacts with our clients and subcontractors. Additionally, you are responsible for your department (overall planning, project administration, invoicing, and personnel management)

You feel responsible for your people and the quality they deliver daily. By ensuring that agreements are kept, you become someone for whom people like to work. This way, you build structurally a positive work atmosphere, both within your department and outside.

What do we ask?

We are looking for a solid person who has affinity with tile work. You will work analytically and structured, and are skilled in reading plans. You also think process- and project-oriented, and have knowledge and skills of Office. Our preference goes out to a candidate who resides in the vicinity of Lemelerveld (50 km).
