Head Planner

As Head Planner, you get the opportunity to play an important role in a logistics organization. You are responsible for managing the planning department and ensuring efficient coordination of transport resources. Additionally, you actively contribute to the professionalization of planning and work closely with the Operations Manager.

• Daily planning and route optimization;
• Managing a team of planners;
• Monitoring staffing levels in the short and long term;
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the transport process;
• Document management and control of quality and performance;

• Salary between €4,500 and €6,000 gross per month;

• Minimum MBO level 4 completed with relevant work experience;
• Experience in route planning and transport coordination;
• Good at managing documentation and optimizing loading processes;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role;
