Head Installer Window Coverings

What will you do:

Are you an experienced installer who likes to take responsibility and gets energy from guiding projects? Do you enjoy working at different locations and do you find satisfaction in a perfect end result? Then this function as a head installer window coverings is for you!

As a head installer window coverings, you are responsible for the smooth running of the work on location. Together with your colleagues, you work on projects at schools, healthcare institutions, offices, and other business clients, among others. You start the day by reviewing the schedule and ensuring everyone knows what needs to be done.

In addition to managing the team, you actively participate in the installation of various types of window coverings, sun protection, and rail systems. You maintain an overview, monitor the quality of the work, and ensure that projects are executed according to schedule. You are the first point of contact for both colleagues and clients on location.

Your tasks include:

• Managing and guiding installers on location
• Installing window coverings, sun protection, and rail systems
• Measuring and checking materials
• Monitoring the schedule, quality, and safety of the work
• Maintaining contact with clients and colleagues during projects

As a head installer window coverings, you get a lot of independence, responsibility, and variety. No project is the same, and you work at diverse locations throughout the Netherlands.

Requirements:

• Technical insight and two capable hands
• Experience with installation work is a plus
• Driver's license B
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain it
• You can work independently
• You speak and understand the Dutch language
