As the person responsible for financial administration, you will take care of the complete accounting management of the organization:
- You are responsible for accounting from A to Z, including purchase and sales invoices, banks, miscellaneous transactions, payments, and follow-up of customer and supplier accounts.
- You handle VAT returns, Intrastat returns, and other periodic fiscal obligations.
- You coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and prepare the annual accounts and tax returns.
- You are the point of contact for external partners such as auditors, banks, insurers, and other financial stakeholders.
- You participate in the follow-up of payroll-related bookings and ensure correct reconciliation with the social secretariat.
- You follow up on contracts, insurances, and compliance-related files.
- You monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and credit risks and ensure healthy financial follow-up.
- You translate financial data into clear reports, KPIs, and management information.
- You actively contribute to the optimization and digitalization of financial processes, including payments, debtor management, document flows, and ERP systems.
- You advise management based on financial analyses and grow into an important sparring partner within the organization.ProfileYour profile:
- You have relevant experience in an A-to-Z accounting or broad financial role.
- You can independently manage closings and financial obligations.
- You have a strong interest in digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
- You have an analytical mindset and derive energy from reporting and financial analyses.
- You are hands-on, take initiative, and proactively think along with the organization.
- You work smoothly with Excel and ERP systems.
- Experience with BI tools is a plus.
- You work accurately, independently, and pragmatically.
