Head Security Officer Port

You are the point of contact for the security guards and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from access control to team development. As a head security officer, your tasks are diverse and challenging: * Operational responsibility: You oversee all security activities: walking rounds, carrying out visitations, creating badges, etc. * Team leadership: You lead, coach, and motivate a team of security guards. * Incident management: You manage incidents and report them, ensuring that they are dealt with effectively. * Communication: You are the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. * Planning: You are responsible for the planning and organization of security deployments. This is who you are: * You have experience in security and/or a related field. * You have leadership qualities and can motivate a team. * You are communicative and can easily communicate with colleagues and stakeholders. * You are stress-resistant and can act decisively in stressful situations. * You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing. * You are willing to work in shifts and on weekends. * You live in the vicinity of Rotterdam.
