As main security officer, your tasks are diverse and challenging:

• Operational responsibility: You oversee all security activities: rounds, visits, badge creation, access controls, and internal audits.
• Leadership: You ensure that everyone knows what needs to happen and feels good in their work.
• Team development: You ensure that your team is well-trained, has the right tools, and always works according to the correct protocols.
• Incident management: Are there incidents? Then you quickly and carefully handle them and provide clear reports.
• Planning & coordination: Together with our planners, you regulate rosters and ensure that staffing is always in order.
• Reporting & documentation: You report important information to internal stakeholders and keep site documentation up-to-date.
• Innovation: You think about improvements and innovations to make security even better.
